  • Reduced time to shortlist delivery

Our specialist market knowledge, extensive network and systematic process ensures we typically deliver comprehensive shortlists within four weeks of instruction

  • Minimised retention fee

We operate a retained search model with a tailored retention fee typically less than the industry average of 1/3

  • No shortlist fee       

We are confident our process and unrivalled access to talent will allow us to always deliver so we do not charge a shortlist fee for our executive searches. We do not believe that clients should pay the majority of a fee before a hire is even made.

  • Overall fee weighted to completion

We believe clients should pay for success not failure so our fees are weighted towards a successful appointment with typically more than 2/3 of our executive search fees paid upon a hire being made.
